Founded in Honduras in 2018 as a small consultancy firm, and consolidated as a U.S. registered LLC in 2025. WIND HR bridges the gap between U.S. and Europe startups and small businesses and strategic LATAM talent, helping organizations grow with clarity, precision, and measurable impact.
